Public Liability Insurance

This policy will indemnify the insured against all sums which they become legally liable to pay as damage consequent upon accidental bodily injury or illness of any person, fatal or not; as well as accidental loss of or damage to property of third parties on the premises of the insured be they be held to have been negligent in events leading to the said incident.
The policy also pays for legal expenses recoverable by the claimant incurred by the insured.
