Isaac Kwame Akesseh

Isaac Akesseh is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years’ experience in Financial Management, Taxation, Accounting and Strategic Management. Worked in various capacities as a Treasury Manager, Financial Accountant, Chief Accountant, Director of  Finance and Director of Corporate Strategic Planning in the Volta River Authority and Ghana Grid Company Limited.

He was a Tax Policy and Monitoring professional and was part of the team that restructured the government taxation and revenue departments into autonomous Services, independent of the Civil Service. Worked on the formulation of Tax policies and preparation of the revenue and tax policy inputs to the national budget.

 Mr. Akesseh is a Financial Management Consultant at IKAYE Consult and currently working as an Independent Accountant to the Ministry of Energy, on Ghana’s Cash Waterfall Mechanism as part of the Energy Sector Reform Programme. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana.
