Johnny Kwabena Nketiah

Johnny Nketiah holds a Diploma in Insurance (CII-UK) and a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute – UK. With over 20 years of industry experience, Johnny heads our operations Department with a passion for customer care. To succeed in this role Johnny obtained the relevant qualifications that gives him a deeper insight into customer needs, the core of our operations. These include, an ATHE level 6 Diploma in Management (ATHE UK), a Diploma in Risk and Insurance (Institute of Commercial Management – UK), an Executive Certificate in Business Administration (ECBA), an Advanced Diploma in Business Management (Institute of Commercial Management – UK) and a Diploma in Insurance from the Institute of Applied Insurance, Malta.
Prior to his current role, Johnny served as the Deputy Manager of the then Metropolitan Insurance link offices in Akosombo and Techiman for the period 2002 to 2013 supervising the operations of these offices which metamorphosed into Felin Insurance Brokers, in 2013.
