Fire Policy

The Fire Policy provides compensation for loss of or damage to residential, commercial, and industrial properties caused by fire, lightning, and allied perils. The allied perils may include flood, impact, explosion, earthquake, windstorm, riots, strikes, and civil commotion. The policy aims to provide financial protection to the policyholder against such unforeseen events that can cause damage to the insured property. In the event of a covered loss or damage, the policy will reimburse the insured for the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged property up to the policy limit. The policy may also cover additional expenses incurred by the insured, such as debris removal, loss of rent, and professional fees.
