Householders' Comprehensive

The Householders' Comprehensive Policy provides coverage for personal effects and contents of a house against various risks such as fire, lightning, explosion, earthquake, flood, and other allied perils. This policy also covers loss or damage due to theft to the contents, fixtures, and fittings of the house. In addition to the coverage mentioned above, this policy also provides coverage for the insured's legal liability to third parties for injury, death, or damage to their property that may occur on the insured's property. For example, if a guest visits the insured's house and gets injured due to a hazardous condition on the property, the policy would provide coverage for any liability that the insured may have for the guest's injuries.
